How do I know which therapy style is best for me? 

You don't have to right away. We will discuss the best options together, and if one therapy style is not working for you, we will take a different approach. There is no ‘one size fits all'.


How long does therapy take? 

Therapy usually takes around 6-12 sessions, each one lasting around 50 minutes. I will never convince you to take a therapy session that you do not need.


Can I switch between in-person and online sessions? 

Yes, as long as you give notice, and are comfortable with your choice, we can change back and forth between counselling in Croydon and online counselling.


Can I request a specific approach to be used in my sessions? 

Yes, you can, but only if it is suitable. We will discuss the approach together and I will cater my counselling to your needs always.
